I can bet you visited Virasat-E-Khalsa in Shri Anandpur Sahib at least once in your life. Soon you can see another Virasat-e-khalsa in Shri Chamkaur Sahib with the same concept.
Shri Chamkaur Sahib is a place of many historical monuments. One more place is going to be added to this list.
The government of Punjab decided to make Theme Park in the remembrance of 42 Sikh Army and two elder sons of Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji who martyred here.

Theme Park is going to be constructing near the Sirhind Canal on the Ropar – Ludhiana Highway.
Inauguration
Chief Minister of Punjab Captain Amarinder Singh inaugurated it in 2006. Smt. Ambika Soni (Minister of Union Tourism and Cultural) and S. Jagmohan Singh Kang (Minister of Tourism, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, and Diary Development) also present in the inaugurated ceremony.
Due to some reasons, the project delayed. In 2019 S. Charanjit Singh Channi, Minister of “Tourism and Cultural Affairs” restarted the project.
Zones
The architect for Theme Park is the same who constructed Virasat-e-Khalsa in Shri Anandpur Sahib. In his interview, he tells that the Virasat-e-Khalsa have 2 zones while theme park will have 11 different zones. Each zone will have a different theme.
Zone 1:
Theme Park will start with entry to Zone 1. It will represent a period of 9 gurus. The seating arrangement will be available in the gallery to watch the documentary.
Zone 2:
Zone 2 will show special effects and Murals on Sikhism.
Zone 3:
Life of Guru Gobind Singh Ji from birth to Shri Anandpur Sahib Siege will be play in the Zone 3. This zone will also have a seating arrangement.
Zone 4:
Documentary on Battle of Shri Chamkaur Sahib will be going to play in the Zone 4. This Zone will have a seating arrangement for 50 persons at a time.
Zone 5:
Zone 5 will represent the betrayal of Gangu and the journey of Chote Sahibjade (Younger Sons of Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji) and Mata Gujri Ji (Mother of Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji) to the Sirhind.
Zone 6:
Documentary on Martyred of Younger sons and Mata Gujri Ji will be in Zone 6.
Zone 7:
Zone 7 will show Time spent by Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji in the Forest of Machiwara.
Zone 8:
Film on Battle of Mukatsar and Zafarnama will be playing in the Zone 8.
Zone 9:
Zone 9 will be dedicated to Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
Zone 10:
Zone 10 will show Murals for Sikhism related.
Zone 11:
The last zone, zone 11 will show Avenging the deaths by Baba Banda Singh Bahadur.
Main Attraction
The Center of attraction of the theme park is Sword Symbol. It will install in the center of the theme park surrounding by 44 pillars.
The Main two pillars will be in the memory of Baba Ajit Singh Ji and Baba Jujhar Singh Ji. While the other 40 pillars represent 42 Sikh followers martyred.
